If your student and/or you can not see your students schedule in skyward, this is because their annual information update has not been done.


All Families (both Family 1 and Family 2) need to review and update their student’s information for the 2024-2025 school year. You will not be able to see your student's schedule until this happens. This is done through Skyward Family Access. This will ensure that each student has up-to-date contact and demographic information. The information must be updated for each student in the family.


To review the information, please open your account on Family Access for your student. On the left-hand side click on the “Information Update” button.

Or look for the notice in the center of the screen and click on the link that says “Go to Information Update for "student name.”


Please scroll through, review, and update all of the steps listed. It is very important that we have updated phone numbers for Families, Emergency Contacts, and the Student (if they have a cell phone) so that we can get in contact with you as well as send out notifications
